Delivery Policy

For UK mainland is 2-3 working days from accepting an order. For next day express delivery please contact us for charges.

Please note : All goods are delivered by a third party courier and we are reliant on them. We cannot accept any responsibility if they fail to perform.

Delivery Charge

Delivery charges are specific to the products and vary.  The buy it now buttons will show cleary the delivery charge for each item

Delivery outside UK

Privacy Policy

International Street Soccer Ltd does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, and to temporarily store other information which is needed for the purpose of enriching the user experience.

Data collected by this site is used to:

• Take and fulfill customer orders.
• Administer and enhance the site and service.
• Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
• We will use your details to contact you regarding promotional offers and products which we feel will be of interest to you, should you wish to be taken of our list this can be done by emailing james@internationalstreetsoccer.com. The email should contain your name and address in order that we may locate your records. Any genuine marketing email from toytastic.co.uk will always include a link which will allow you to automatically unsubscribe from further email marketing.
• We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
• We conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
• Payment card details are never requested, nor stored by toytastic.co.uk. All payments are taken securly by Paypal, and will be subject to their terms and conditions, these are further to any terms and conditions of toytastic.co.uk, and any agreement entered into with paypal is seperate, and does not necessarily reflect any agreement with Toytastic.co.uk.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged we ask our customers to inform us immediately. Should your goods arrive damaged we ask that you write on the courier delivery note that the goods have arrived damaged.

If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason you may return them within 7 days. In order to return an item please contact us on 01935 50873. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition received. All delivery and return costs will not be refunded.

If you request an express delivery at an extra charge this extra charge is payable even if you subsequently decide to return your product. We do not refund express delivery charges under any circumstances

If our courier attempts to deliver your parcel and you are not in they will leave calling card. It is your responsibility to telephone the number on the card and a re-arrange delivery. If this does not happen in 24 hours they will automatically try again. If you do not respond to the calling card and the courier returns the parcel to us there is a re-sending charge.

Cancellation

If the order is cancelled before the product has been despatched a full refund will be issued,

If the order has been despatched - a refund will be issued less any charges incurred for despatching.
