ISSA partner with UEFA to provide training videos for the UEFA training ground

ISSA on location with the UEFA training grounds film crew
The ISSA were asked to provide a series of 6 functional moves that are used in street soccer to develop skill in players. The film crew arrived in April to ISSA's head office in Yeovil where they filmed the skills and introduction footage about skill development and the ISSA's philosophies in developing skill in players.
Local young people were asked to get involved with the filming and the day was a great success.
James Ovenden Director of the ISSA said
"We are thrilled to provide UEFA with content for the training ground. This will help establish street soccer as being a great tool for skill development for the 11 a side game and help dispel some of the thoughts that street soccer is just about tricks that have no place in the game. We believe that street soccer players will shape the new game of the future with players who take risks and constantly strive for new creative moves who dont just settle for cruyff turns and drag backs"
The introduction video has now gone live on the training ground with the 6 skills being launched over the next few months.
